1. Do you offer holds, presales, or personal sourcing?

Unfortunately, we do not offer holds, presales, or personal sourcing services.

2. When and what can I expect in your drops?

For the latest drop information, please check out the "NEXT DROP" highlight on our Instagram page (@cordeliarose_). Surprise drops may also occur, so stay tuned to our IG stories for countdown announcements.

3. What is the price range of your watches?

The price range of our watches is quite diverse. It starts as low as £20 and goes up to £150+. On average, you can expect the prices to be around £50-£70.

4. Will there be restocks?

Restocks are rare due to the nature of the items we source, which are often secondhand, vintage, or antique.

 

Shipping

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. If your country is not supported on our website, feel free to message us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

6. How long does shipping take?

We typically ship orders out 1-3 days after purchase from England. Shipping times vary depending on your location. We use Royal Mail for both UK & international orders. 

7. What if my package is lost or not received?

We provide tracking for all packages to ensure safety. However, once the package is scanned through the system, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local mail provider for assistance.

8. What if my watch arrives broken?

We carefully inspect and safley package all watches before shipping. If you believe the damage occurred prior to shipping, please contact us. Note that we are not responsible for damage during shipping.

9. Custom Charges Notice

Please be aware that when ordering you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or prepay any customs charges. Kindly review your local customs policies before placing an order. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in return or non-delivery of your order and you will not be refunded.

10. Do the watches you sell work?

Most watches we sell work perfectly, and however some do not. Some might require a simple battery change or are wind one watches, while others might be too old to repair. Our watches are more for style than practical timekeeping. Please read the descriptions on each watch.

11. How do I know the size of the watch?

The watch band and watch face length will be provided in the item description. If you have questions about expansion bands, feel free to direct message us on Instagram.

12. Do you clean the watches?

We do a quick wipe down and disinfection using a UV Sanitation box, but we don't perform in-depth cleanings.

13. Where do you source the watches from?

All our pieces are sourced from various secondhand markets and sources.

14. How are the watch prices determined?

The prices are determined based on factors such as demand, brand reputation, intricacy of design, uniqueness, and condition of the watch.

15. Order Cancellation

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may lead to the cancellation of an order and the need for a refund. This can happen if a product becomes unavailable or doesn't meet our quality standards. We will communicate promptly, ensuring transparency throughout the process. While cancellations are rare, our commitment is to your satisfaction and trust.
