We want you to love what you buy from Cordelia Rose, but if anything is not as you would have hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of your order.


To organise a refund or exchange:


Email prior to returning your items. In your email, state your name, order number and reason for returning.


Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming this return, along with a returns code.


Write this code on the front of your package, using the returns label provided and send it back to us.


Once we have received your item(s), we will refund the order value to the original purchasing card.


Please note:

  • Items must be returned unworn and in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached.

  • We would recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery service

  • Cordelia Rose does not accept responsibility for any returned goods which are lost or damaged in the post.

  • Packages without a returns code will unfortunately not be accepted and will be returned

  • Returns outside the stated time frame will be only be accepted at the discretion of Cordelia Rose.

  • Refunds will only be made to the card that was used to purchase the item(s)

  • Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

  • Cordelia Rose Blue does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

  • Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned.
